The Windmill Bidston
The former windmill public house in Fourth Avenue Bidston has been a derelict site for some years creating an area which attracts anti-social behaviour. Hampton developments approached
Enterprise Breweries who owned the leasehold and Wirral council who owned the freehold to the land. We managed to arrange a deal where Hampton Developments purchased the leasehold from Enterprise while LHT simultaneously purchased the freehold from Wirral council. This then allowed a joint venture with our partners LHT to begin work on the £1.1 million pound 10 unit scheme providing 4 x 2 bed houses, 2 x 4 bed houses, 2 x 2 bed flats and 2 x1 bed flats.
